Lawyer Nicolás Ruiz-Tagle Ortúzar graduated in 1995 from the Faculty of Law of the Gabriela Mistral University, holds a Master's Degree in Business Law, awarded by the Universidad de Los Andes, and has also completed a Diploma in Business Administration, Diploma in Tax Law and Diploma in Management of Labor Law in the Company. He has participated in various congresses and seminars on Law, both in Chile and abroad.

Since 1997, he has worked as a lawyer in a renowned legal firm in Santiago, in charge of the corporate and real estate area of said office. In October 2007, together with the lawyer Cristián Amat Pomés, they founded Estudio Amat, Ruiz-Tagle & Compañía Abogados.
