The lawyer Gastón Mansilla Carvajal works as an advisor to international companies and businesses and national family businesses, in the financial (traditional and Fintech), agricultural, real estate and construction sectors.

His specialties are the organization and reorganization of companies and business planning, mergers and acquisitions, foreign investment, Corporate Governance, restructuring of liabilities, family businesses and family offices. He has special experience in out-of-court conflict resolution.

He served as Prosecutor of the subsidiaries in Chile of Chiquita Brands (1993 to 2007) and Hewlett Packard (2008 to 2015). He has been a lawyer for a Chilean Family Office, in the mining and real estate businesses.

He graduated from the Law School of the Diego Portales University (1991), Master of Laws from Northwestern University and Diploma in Business from the Kellogg GSM of the same university. He also has a Diploma in Economic Regulation from the Adolfo Ibáñez University. He has been a professor of Commercial and Economic Law at the Adolfo Ibáñez University, where he was also Academic Director of the Master's in Business Law and a professor of Commercial Law at the P. Universidad Católica de Chile.

Languages: Spanish and English (Bilingual). Work experience in Portuguese and French.
