- REAL ESTATE LAW
We advise our clients on all types of real estate projects, such as residential or office condominiums, Industrial Subdivisions, Residential or Office Buildings, Hotels, Shopping Centers, Agricultural, Industrial and other properties, both in their planning, construction, development and processes. sale and post-sale, as well as in the constitution of real estate companies and in the design of their tax structure. We also advise different players in the real estate market on title studies, real estate acquisition and conflict resolution, especially in light of the Real Estate Co-Ownership Law. – Transactions on rural real estate We have intervened in operations on large agricultural properties, including transfers with complex financing formulas and guarantees, mergers, property divisions, considering particular situations of the case, such as water use rights, boundary problems and other contingencies the Agriculture. We have also structured very sophisticated contracts on large agricultural projects.

– Operations on agro-industrial plants We provide advice on the installation of agro-industrial process plants, from the land purchase and construction stages, with all the permits and authorizations of the case; supply and installation of equipment (processing lines, labellers), cooling systems, in which we have managed different variables that have allowed us to avoid significant risks, related to the safety of people, food and verify that the installation fully meets the requirements of the client and the authority.

– Operations on Data Storage Facilities (Datacenter) We were responsible for legal advice in the land acquisition processes for the construction of an important Datacenter and later in the construction and supply contracts. The cycle ends with the alienation of the property, but as a functioning economic unit.

– URBAN LAW
