  • Labor Structure and Legal Documentation of Companies and Incentive Systems

We have advised large, medium and small companies, in the design, implementation and update to current legal regulations, of all the legal documents and forms of a labor and social security nature that a first-line company requires to properly formalize their labor relations. with all kinds of executives and employees, whether Chilean or foreign. We carry out legal labor audit and due diligence processes, drafting of internal hygiene and safety regulations, design of incentives, such as stock options programs and the like.

 

  • General Labor Contracting. We advise on general labor matters, including indefinite contracts, of limited duration (per work or task - seasonal contracts - or term), direct or indirect (subcontracting), purely labor, or civil (consulting or provision of services), of national officials and foreigners; collective negotiations and relations with union organizations, collective agreements and contracts, transactions and settlements

 

  • Foreign Executives (Expats)

Our experience advising international companies has allowed us to develop a special practice in matters related to foreign executives (expats), from the request for the corresponding visas and special requirements of the executive and his family group, immigration, authorities permits, negotiation of the respective employment contracts, including benefit packages and complex compensation systems.

 

  • Collective Labor Law

We advise on collective bargaining processes, companies, unions and groups of workers, leading to contracts or collective agreements. We have experience in minimum service requests, strike assistance and mediation processes.

 

  • Litigation and solution of Labor Conflicts

We legally represent our clients in the defense of their interests in labor litigation, especially trials for nullity of dismissal, unfair dismissal, collection of benefits, work accidents, claim of administrative fines before the Labor Courts, Courts of Appeals and the Supreme Court.
